PESHAWAR (Pajhwok): The Afghan students have been directed to get registered with the National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) office in Torkham to get passes for crossing the Durand Lineinfo-icon.

The political administration and Frontier Corps (FC) have notified the students to get gate passes, which would be used in place of visas and passports for crossing the Durand Line.

According to The News International, Political Naib Tehsildar Passport Shamsul Islam said NADRA’s Torkham office would start issuing Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) cards from Monday.

The political administration and FC had initiated the joint venture to facilitate hundreds of Afghan students enrolled in various schools in border area of Bacha Mina in Pakistaninfo-icon.
